If you are still unsatisfied with our response, then we will be more than happy to accept your order back in return for a full refund.

You shall pay for the cost of returning goods to us that you no longer want. All goods returned to us for a refund must be undamaged and in a saleable condition.

It would be helpful if you could provide us with as much information as possible about the problem (pictures etc), as we would like to make sure we can modify our packaging process to make sure the same problem doesn't happen again to you, or anyone else. We will of course replace (free of charge) any damaged items that you receive.

Replacement items will be shipped using the shipping method of our choice, and may not be the same method as originally paid for. If suitable replacements cannot be sourced, then a full refund will be made.

Any damages, shortages, over deliveries and duplicated orders should be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt to enable replacement or refund.

  15. Bottling
  16. We purchase all of our oils in bulk and we bottle them ourselves. The packaging they come in is not original manufacturers packaging, nor is the labelling, however the important information, e.g specifications, identification and batch number is replicated on the labelling supplied. The oils are bottled in a clean area and every care is taken to avoid any contamination to the oil during transfer. Please note that we use professional transfer equipment that is cleaned properly when switching between different types and grades of oil.

Sometimes because of IT failures, extreme weather, it may not always be possible to dispatch on the same day, in which case, we will notify you that there has been a delay.

We are not responsible for any costs that you incur due to the late delivery of an item from us. If the courier we use to ship an item to you indicates that the item has been lost in transit, then we will send out a replacement item at our cost, however we will only do this once we have had confirmation from the courier that it has been lost. This may be in the form of tracking details, or waiting until a certain time period has elapsed.
